I believe that you should be involved in the design process. It's your business and you know your customers the best.
A number of concept designs will be illustrated for you to choose from to ensure that you're happy with the design, look and feel of the website.
Once your website is live it is important to keep to looking fresh and the content current. I offer an update service so you can achieve this.
